Book a Call
Pick a time that works. Fifteen minutes is usually enough to tell whether your program has a gap worth a longer conversation, and if it does not, that is a useful answer too.
What a Fifteen-Minute Call Covers
- What you manage, where, and under what kind of agreements
- The one or two lines on your current program most likely to be mismatched to it
- Whether a full coverage review is worth your time, and what it would involve
- Renewal timing, and whether you are early enough to do anything about it
What to Have Handy
Your current declarations pages and one representative management agreement. If you do not have them in front of you, come anyway most of what is useful in a first call is describing the portfolio out loud.
Prefer Not to Book?
Call the office directly, or send the documents through the coverage review form and we will come back in writing. Some managers would rather read a summary than sit on a call, and that is a perfectly good way to do this.
