Tell us what you manage and where, and we will come back with terms from carriers that write property management risk in New York. No obligation, no automated call sequence, and no quote issued before somebody has actually read what your management agreements obligate you to carry.

Quote or Coverage Review  Which One Do You Want?

These are two different conversations and it is worth picking the right one.

You want a quote  if

You are placing coverage for the first time, adding a line you do not currently carry, taking on a segment you have not managed before, or your renewal is coming and you want the market tested.

The output is terms and pricing.

You want a coverage review if

You already have a program and want to know whether it holds up against your management agreements, your leases, and the statutes that apply to what you manage.

The output is a written list of gaps, ranked by what would actually hurt. It frequently ends with a recommendation to change nothing.

What We Need to Quote

Property management is not a risk that can be rated off a three-field form, and any site that says otherwise is generating a lead rather than a quote. What we need:

What you manage, by segment and by unit or square footage band

Where the portfolio sits, market by market

Who employs the building staff  you, the owner, or the association

Your current program, if you have one, and the expiring declarations pages

Loss history in bands, not detail. Claim specifics belong on a call, not in a web form.

The management agreements, or at least the insurance clauses out of them

What Happens Next

A licensed producer reads what you send and comes back with a question or two  there are always one or two. Then terms. For a straightforward commercial or residential book, that is usually a week. Community association books take longer, because each association carries its own master policy and its own agreement.
