Agreement. By using this website you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the site.

This site is information, not advice. Everything published here describes insurance concepts generally. It is not a recommendation about your specific risk, not an offer of insurance, and not a quotation. Nothing here modifies, interprets, or replaces the terms of any actual policy. Where this site describes what a coverage generally does, the policy you hold controls  read it, and ask us about anything in it you are unsure of.

No coverage is bound through this site. Submitting a form does not apply for insurance, request binding, or place coverage. No coverage exists until a licensed producer confirms it in writing and the carrier issues it. Do not use this site to report a claim or to request cancellation, and do not rely on a web form for anything time-sensitive.

No dollar figures published. We deliberately publish no limits, premiums, sublimits, or retentions. Those depend on the risk and change with the market, and any figure you see quoted about insurance on a public web page should be treated as illustration rather than fact.

Licensing. Property Management Insurance is licensed as an insurance producer in the State of New York. We transact insurance only in jurisdictions where we are properly licensed.

Third-party links. Links to outside sites are provided for convenience. We do not control them, do not endorse them, and are not responsible for their content or their handling of your information.

Acceptable use. Do not attempt to gain unauthorized access to this site or its systems, scrape it systematically, submit false information through its forms, or use it to transmit anything unlawful.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability. This site is provided as is. To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all warranties, express and implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and accuracy of content, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from use of this site. 

Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, and the state and federal courts sitting in Westchester County, New York have exclusive jurisdiction.

Changes. We may revise these terms. The version posted when you use the site is the one that applies.
