We own and run a Full Service Insurance Brokerage.  However we recently decided to break out and Start Property Management Insurance. 

The rising rebuild and supply costs in addition to the constantly increasing insurance premiums prompted us to take a closer look at this market segment.  What we discovered is that different carriers have different appetites. 

An example is Certain Carriers will offer credits and very competitive rates, say for example, properties that were built after 1960.  While another carrier does not look at the year built but what updates were made to the property and when? Roof, Heating, Plumbing, Electrical. 

We have access to many carriers and work with you to review your coverages and assist you in tailoring an Insurance program that is right for you. Our goal is to provide you with the most comprehensive coverage at a competitive price.
